Materials

Due to the individual design of each handbag, there may be slight differences in material content, feather placement and flower arrangement.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Collections, and click on any handbags that you wish to buy and "Add to Cart". You may also purchase via telephone or by downloading a printable order form. This order form can be sent by fax or mail.

We accept most credit and debit card payments; these are handled by our secure credit card processing facility: Paypal. If you are shopping from a country other than the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We will make an attempt to process every order in an expeditious manner. We are committed to despatching your order as soon as possible. Your delivery time may vary due to each item being handmade to order, and we appreciate your business.

Orders by check

Please make check payable to "Blanche Design LLC" and send it with the printed order form. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared and your order has been produced.

Shipping and handling

All United States deliveries are sent by United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are applied at checkout.

International deliveries are sent by Federal Express (FedEx). Special shipping rates will apply. Please call (843 971-8158) for special shipping charges for international purchases.

Blanche Design would like to guarantee your complete satisfaction. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to address your needs in a fast and efficient manner. This said, we do not accept returns on a regular basis.
